In my email to have the address changed, not only did this get done immediately, but my two orders were recommended to be shipped together — through this, I got a refund on one of their delivery fees. I also ordered a few days before Christmas and received the product in time despite not even living in the same country. Wife loves the gifts and wears them near daily. Great product, employees, and company all around.
